Labs are the newest structure in the Realmverse. They provide cost effective crafting for Adventurers, as well as Productivity for the Realm they are staked to. They will be burned once their Lifespan reaches 0.

Exotic¶ Why Build Labs?
Labs are important structures in the Realmverse and will help improve your Crafting capabilities.

Crafting with a Lab, as opposed to The Void, will cost significantly less Anima.

Lab usage increases your Realm's Staking Capacity.

It will be important for a Realmer to monitor the crafting market to determine where supply & demand are and build to meet demand, optimally increasing their Productivity score and durability.
You can observe lab demand in the new Watchtower ticker found near the top of the Realm app.
¶ How to Build Labs
Labs require Technology Collectibles to build.
- Visit the Realmer Homepage and click the Realm you want to build on
- Select "Build Labs" under "Build" on the right hand of the page.
- Select the type of Lab youd like to build, then shose the type of collectibeles you want to use under "Choose Collectibles" and the number of Labs to build.
Note: You can build multiple Lab types at once
- Press the "Build" button on the top of the screen.
- Labs automatically stake when built, and are soulbound to the Realm.
¶ Lab Attirbutes
When building labs there are 4 numbers displayed to help you determine what to build and the benfits it will have for you. The are
- Earned on Usage - This is the Productivity gained by your realm when this Lab is used for Crafting
- Lifespan Loss - When your lab is used for Crafting this is the % of its Lifespan that it will lose each use.
- Total Productivity - When your Lab is fully burned this is the estimated total productivity you will recieve based on the current "Earned on Usage" and "Lifespan Loss" metrics.
- Anima Capacity - When an Adventurer Crafts using your Lab, this is the amount of Anima Staking Capcity your Realm will recieve.
Earned on Usage, Lifespan Loss, and Total Productivity will fluctuate based on Lab supply and demand.
¶ Lab Costs
Note that higher level rarity collectibles can be used to create lower rarity Labs.
